You acknowledge and agree that by (i) visiting, viewing, using, or accessing the site; (ii) clicking “Agree”, “Purchase”, “Submit”, or similar links, or (iii) signing or confirming a Sales order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the policies referenced in these Terms. If you don’t agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Services. You hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, irrespective of whether you are a guest (usage on trial basis) or a registered user of the Site.

Some features of the Services are offered as add-ons to your Almaknack account (“Add-ons”). Unless expressly stated otherwise, these Terms apply to the use of Add-ons. Some Add-ons are intended for particular use cases and may also have additional terms or restrictions (“Additional Terms”), which shall be communicated to you from time to time.

You hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, irrespective of whether you are a guest (usage on trial basis) or a registered user of the Site. If you sign up for the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms and enter into the Agreement on its behalf.

Term

The term will continue for as long as you have an Almaknack account or until you or we terminate the agreement in accordance with these terms, whichever happens first. We reserve the right to cancel, interrupt, reschedule, or modify any content, or change the point value or weight of any assignment, quiz, or other assessment at any point in time. 

Termination

Almaknack may terminate the agreement at any time and for any reason by terminating your almaknack account or giving notice to the other party. We may suspend the service to you at any time, with or without cause. We won’t refund or reimburse you in any other situation, including if your account is suspended or terminated for cause, like a breach or any violation of the Agreement. If your account has been inactive for 12 or more months, we may terminate the account. Once your account is terminated, you acknowledge and agree that we may permanently delete your account and all the data associated with it, including your learning history. If your account has been terminated, the learning history will no longer be available for use on any future accounts and cannot be reclaimed.

Restricted use of site

We reserve the right to monitor the use of the Site and to suspend, revoke, deny, disable, or terminate your access if you have violated any provisions of these Terms of Use (including the DOs and DON’Ts above) or if your usage behaviour exceeds normal limits, as determined in our sole discretion. The term “normal limits” will be determined solely by AlmaKnack. These Terms contained herein shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

Accounts and Passwords

You’re responsible for keeping your account name and password confidential. Each user is required to have a unique login ID to access the training courses, generic login IDs are not allowed. Login IDs are non-transferable and are not to be shared between other users/students. Login privileges are not transferrable. You’re also responsible for any account that you have access to and any activity occurring in such account. whether or not you authorized that activity. You’ll immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your accounts. We’re not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords that are caused by or result from your negligence. We don’t have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may only provide you with instructions on how to reset your password. In addition, you represent and warrant that all information you provide to us when you establish an account and when you access and use the service is and will remain complete and accurate. Your account will continue until terminated. To use the Almaknack account, you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more payment methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party.

Registry and Purchase Process

1 To make any purchase through the website, the user/student must previously proceed to register some information, by inserting and submitting their data in their personal registry area, as indicated on the website.

2 The user/student will be responsible for the truthfulness of the data registered by themselves.

3 To initiate the purchase process, the user/student must follow the constant guidance of the website, acquiring the services through payment of the respective price, in regard to the selected subscription option, choosing the available payment option relevant to it.

4 The services will be immediately provided, online, after successful processing and billing of payment.

Modifications TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the website and the service as-is. This means that, except as expressly stated in these terms, we don’t provide warranties, conditions, or undertakings of any kind in relation to the website and/or service, either express or implied. This includes, but isn’t limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from the agreement. 

You acknowledge and agree that the disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth in these terms of use reflect a reasonable and fair allocation of risk between you and us, and that these limitations are an essential basis to our ability to make the services available to you on an economically feasible basis.

AlmaKnack is the authorized provider of all its courses and services. We advise students to be cautious of any fake or third-party websites that may claim to offer our courses or services. For your safety and to ensure the authenticity of your purchase, please only engage with our official platforms.

We are not responsible for any transactions made through unauthorized sources, and we strongly recommend verifying the legitimacy of any website before making a purchase. Thank you for your trust in AlmaKnack.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses, including legal fees and expenses, that directly or indirectly result from (a) your inputs, (b) your use of the Service, (c) your violation of any laws or regulations, (d) third-party claims that arise from your use of services, (e) any misrepresentations made by you, or (f) a breach of any representations or warranties you’ve made to us.

Pricing AND PAYMENT MODE

Course pricing and related information is listed on the Website and is subject to changes without notice. The prices of Courses on ALMAKNACK are determined based on our Pricing and Promotional Policy. If a user make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and the User still get access to the Course he/she are enrolling in, Then He/she agree to pay us the corresponding fees within 30 (thirty) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any of our Services including any Course for which we have not received adequate payments. 

We use third-party payment gateways and/or aggregators to process payments applicable to the Services including the Courses offered by us. Similarly, we have also enabled integration of third-party payment providers including without limitation the third-party credit facility providers to facilitate better payment options to the user, which may vary depending on your and/or the other User’s location. Third-party payment gateways/aggregators, third-party credit facility providers, digital lending apps/platforms, lending service providers, financial services intermediaries, or any other third-party facilitating financing and/or payment related services shall collectively be referred to as “Third-Party Service Providers”.

we do not offer any credit options for payments. Please note that we do not have a credit card facility to purchase the course.

While we currently do not provide refunds or credits. We may review and update this policy in the future, in accordance with any changes to our terms and conditions.
